Terms & Conditions – Private hire: The Sugarloaf, Bodega Cantina Birmingham.
In order to host your event at Bodega Cantina Birmingham, we require a £200 deposit to secure the reservation for you. Until this deposit has been received the room will still be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can pay the deposit using the payment portal above.
As part of Sugarloaf’s private hire, you can access the downstairs private bar and toilets, we also have a TV with HDMI cable. Although we are unable to offer DJs, we can supply the music, or you can plug in your device to our sound system. The Sugarloaf will comfortably fit 80 people standing or 30 sitting and we can arrange the room to suit your needs.
There is a minimum spend allowance for each day of the week based on sales (only available for exclusive use) – Wednesday £350, Thursday £500, Fri and Sat £2000.
Your deposit will be redeemed against your bill on the night of your event, the total spent can be made up of both food and drinks, please bear in mind that if the minimum spend is not reached the outstanding amount will need to be paid on the day.
Please note, we also offer various packages alongside your private hire booking, these are as follows;
Banquet – Our famous South American dishes offered as starters, mains & desserts which are priced at £19.95 per person (minimum of 20 people).
Buffet – Freshly made hot food including some Bodega specialties and our street food favourites priced at £11.95 per person (minimum of 10 people)
Nibbles – razing menu for nibbles when you just need that little taste of Bodega priced at £4.95 per person (minimum of 20 people)
Drinks – We also offer a drinks package ideal for 20 people at £200.
